Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 November 2026 · Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

GrowthMatrix is a creator-led marketing agency for AI and tech companies. GrowthMatrix is a brand of Scale8x Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms, "GrowthMatrix", "we", "us" and "our" mean Scale8x Media LLC trading as GrowthMatrix. You can reach us at partnership@growthmatrix.marketing.

These terms apply to every company that books a campaign with us ("you"). By signing a campaign agreement or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. If your signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement wins.

2. Our services

We plan and run creator-led launch and distribution campaigns on X and LinkedIn. This can include matching your launch with relevant creators, coordinating quote posts, reposts and original posts, briefing creators, managing approvals and timing, and reporting results. The exact deliverables, number of creators, platforms, dates and fee for each campaign are set out in your campaign agreement or invoice.

3. Quotes, invoices and payment

  • Fees are in US dollars unless your agreement says otherwise.
  • Campaign fees are paid upfront, before the campaign starts, unless your agreement sets a different schedule.
  • All invoices are issued by Scale8x Media LLC. Payments are made only to accounts in the name of Scale8x Media LLC.
  • You can pay by bank transfer (ACH or wire). Other payment methods may carry a processing fee, which is shown on the invoice.
  • Creator coordination starts once payment is received.

4. What we need from you

To run your campaign we need a final campaign brief, key messages, product information and links, required calls to action, and any dos and don'ts. You confirm that all product claims, information and materials you send us are accurate, legal and yours to share.

5. Approvals

Where your agreement includes content approval, please reply to drafts within 24 hours. Delays in approvals, assets or feedback may move the campaign timeline. Once content is approved and published, material changes or new posting requests may need additional creator fees.

6. Creator content and disclosure

Creators publish on their own accounts and may adapt your messages to their own voice, unless your agreement requires pre-approved wording. Creators use the platform's paid partnership label or a clear disclosure wherever the law, the FTC guidelines or platform rules require it. We do not ask creators to post false or misleading claims.

7. Campaign changes

Material changes after a campaign is confirmed, such as deliverables, number of creators, platforms, dates or scope, must be agreed by both sides in writing. Changes that increase the scope may add fees.

8. Results

Social platforms control what gets shown, so we do not guarantee sales, revenue, sign-ups, leads, downloads, engagement rates or follower growth. If your signed agreement includes a specific guarantee, such as a minimum number of impressions, that guarantee and its remedy apply as written in the agreement. Numbers from past campaigns describe past results only.

9. Reporting

After the campaign we share a summary with the available metrics, such as impressions, post links and per-creator results. Platform analytics are the main source for these numbers.

10. Confidentiality

Both sides keep non-public commercial, pricing, campaign, creator and business information confidential, unless the law requires disclosure.

11. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a campaign is limited to the fees you paid for that campaign. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for actions taken by social media platforms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes go to the state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the US District Court for the District of Wyoming where federal jurisdiction applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Campaigns already agreed follow the terms that applied when they were signed.
